Once shipped, orders are transferred to third-party carriers for delivery. Velamuseco is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, service disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund
Tracking information will be provided via email once an order has been dispatched.
